Cancellation Policy

 You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

 Orders cannot be modified or changed once placed.

 Cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

 The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 710 business days.

 

 

Returns

 All sales are final. We do not accept returns.

 

 

Damaged Items

 If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

 You must provide proof of damage (e.g., photos) to file a claim with the carrier.

 If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

 In some cases, we may offer a partial refund, subject to evaluation.

 If the damage or missing parts are due to our error, please contact us promptly. We will notify you if your refund is approved, and if so, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

 

 

Delayed or Missing Refunds

 

If you havent received a refund yet:

 1. Check your bank account again.

 2. Contact your credit card company it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

 3. Then contact your bank, as processing times vary.

Coupons & Promotions

 Only one promotion or coupon may be applied per order.

 Promotions or coupons cannot be applied to previous purchases.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. Common reasons include:

 Pricing errors

 Other unforeseen issues

 

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

 If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will notify you and send an invoice for reshipping fees.

 Once the fee is paid, we will reship the order.

 No refunds will be given for orders returned due to incorrect address.

Please note that item colors may vary slightly due to:

 Manufacturing variations

 

These differences do not constitute a quality issue. Please order with care if you have strict color expectations.

 

 

Shipping & Exchanges

 If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at swiftjadejoy@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you. We will process your return, exchange, or refund request within 48 hours.

 You are responsible for return shipping costs.

 Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
