Delivery Time

Please note that it takes an average of 3 to 5 business days for us to complete your order before we dispatch it. Delivery times vary by carrier. During peak seasons, processing and delivery times may take longer than usual. Depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days. Please note that any holidays, natural disasters, or epidemics may affect delivery times.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.

Please allow 2to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so even if the delivery address is incorrect, there is always time to correct it. If you think the delivery address you provided is incorrect, please contact us immediately at swiftjadejoy@gmail.com before we ship your order.

If we have shipped your order and it is returned due to an incorrect address, we will let you know that your order has been returned. We will then invoice you for the re-shipping fee. Once the invoice is paid, we will re-ship your order to the correct address.

Returns or Exchanges:

Once you have placed your order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For more information on returns, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

The online store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please report it to your appropriate carrier using the information provided on our tracking page.
